Duties of Director of Department of Corrections.
The Director of the Department of Corrections shall comply with the provisions of Articles III and IV of The Agreement on Detainers whenever the Director has custody of a prisoner who has detainers lodged against the prisoner from other jurisdictions which are parties to such agreement.
