Periods of limitation for actions to recover or set aside sale of real property.

The periods of limitation prescribed in NRS 11.260 apply to all actions:

1. For the recovery of real property sold by a guardian in accordance with the provisions of this chapter; and

2. To set aside a sale of real property.
