Judgment and costs.

After the issues are tried, if it shall appear from the facts that the State has a good title to the estate mentioned in the information, or any part thereof, or if no defense be made by anyone, judgment shall be rendered that the State be seised thereof, and recover costs of suit against the defendants, if any appear.
