Exercise of powers by personal representative; exceptions.
Except as otherwise provided in NRS 143.500 to 143.540 , inclusive, the personal representative who has limited authority or full authority may exercise the powers described in NRS 143.500 to 143.540 , inclusive, without giving notice of the proposed action pursuant to NRS 143.700 to 143.760 , inclusive.
