Effect of provision in will that prohibits independent administration of estate.
The personal representative may not be granted authority to administer the estate pursuant to NRS 143.300 to 143.815 , inclusive, if the decedents will provides that the estate must not be administered pursuant to NRS 143.300 to 143.815 , inclusive.
