Rules to be adopted to provide for disposition of complaint or formal statement of charges.

The Commission shall adopt rules providing for the disposition of a complaint or formal statement of charges at any stage in a disciplinary proceeding, pursuant to:

1. The consent of the judge who is the subject of the complaint; and

2. An agreement between the judge and the Commission.
